You need to ensure you have a proper SSL certificate active, and likely that it is set to always load pages via HTTPS.
Force SSL can be set in Joomla (for front-end, admin or both) and you can do that in the configuration.php file if you can't do so in the site itself. There might also be a setting within the SSL section of your web hosting admin (e.g. cPanel) if using Let's Encrypt. There should be an option there to set all domains/sub-domains to HTTPS (or you can pick and choose). You can have domain-specific or wildcard SSL certificates (depends on what your web host offers)
The "red" errors will probably sort themselves out with time.
Note there are issues with the 4.4.7 update today (21/8/2024) (20/8/2024 GMT) that are mentioned in the "Announcements" forum: viewtopic.php?f=9&t=1011270
I would recommend Akeeba Backup and Kickstart as the easiest way to backup and restore sites as required or to move them to different hosting, or to a local PC server (such as WAMPServer).
